ALUMINUM AND 304 STAINLESS STEEL

The aluminium profiles are made with high quality primary material.  Each profile is cut and drilled in advance so as to allow the subsequent treatments to cover every pad of the item ensuring lasting quality over time. The painting is carried out by means of state-of-the-art modern  technology systems. Each profile undergoes a degreasing and phosphochromatizing pre-treatment before being coated with epoxy powders which, electrostatically stuck on the whole profile surface, polymerize forming a resistant and unalterable layer. Polishing and glazing are obtained by means of chemical processes preceded by a thorough brushing of the profiles which makes them resistant and lasting.

GLASS

Lacus glass is treated with a tempering system in order to increase the resistance and guarantee the highest security level technologically attainable. ln case of accidental breakage, the sheet crumbles into tiny harmless fragments.
