SUBJECT: information pursuant to Legislative Decree 30.6.2003 n. 196 "Code regarding the protection of personal data
Introduction to the information
Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 Lacus S.R.L. as Data Controller, it is required to provide you with specific information regarding your personal data that we collect, the purposes and methods of processing your data, the subjects to whom they may be communicated and the rights enjoyed in relation to the management of your personal data.
The personal data we collect
In order to provide you with our products and / or services, to be able to respond to your requests (for information, quotes, updates, etc.) our company needs to collect some of your personal data.

According to art. 24, paragraph b of Legislative Decree 196, your consent is not required for the purposes expressed above, as the processing of data is carried out to "perform obligations deriving from a contract of which the interested party is a party or to fulfill, before of the conclusion of the contract, to specific requests of the interested party ", and to" fulfill an obligation established by law, by a regulation or by community legislation ".

Nature of the provision
