General sales conditions

 

A) Prices are expressed Euro, and are meant ex-works Sassuolo.

B) Orders are valid only in the written form and are meant confirmed and accepted to the prices and conditions in force during the day of receipt. Otherwise, the order will be considered valid only after receipt of LACUS order confirmation coutesigned for acceptance.

C) Possible request of order cancellation does not automatically imply its acceptance: TACUS will inform the customer in writing about eventual charges. The order will be considered as cancelled only after receipt of coutersigned copy.

D) Prices include packaging. Where loading on pallets is needed, relative costs will be invoiced.

E) Orders received during the week will be gathered in a single production order, exception made for explicit request of immediate delivery.

F) Delivery times from the date of order registration: on the average within 4/6 weeks. Summer (August) and Christmas vacations are not included in the calculation of a.m. delivery times.

G) LACUS will not accept penalties in case of delayed deliveries. Delivery times are indicative and not binding.

H) ln case of delayed payement, according to conditions agreed at the moment of order and tacity renewed from time to time unless otherwise confirmed, eventual bank fees and interests will be charged in the extent of 2% monthly.  LACUS reserves the right to stop any further delivery, without notice, until the due amount has been settled.

I) Goods are always shipped at buyer's own risk and danger, according to art. 1510 of C.C. (civil code). LACUS will not accept claims due to transport damages, so the receiver is invited to check and to object eventual damages to the currier at the time of delivery, by indicating them on the delivery documents.

L) LACUS is constantly trying to improve its own production; this means that LACUS reserves the right of changing data and characteristics of its products without notice.

M) What above described is meant wholly accepted by order transmission. Eventual disputes are to be settled through the Forum of Reggio Emilia.
